Our department was created to assist our clients that divide and/or improve their property in order to build residential, commercial or industrial projects. We assist with the many aspects of the land use process in Washington State, Clark and Cowlitz Counties, and their individual jurisdictions.

Feasibility: Lot and home sale reports, vacant land information, deeds, trios, maps.

Entitlements: Boundary line adjustments, encroachments, road maintenance agreements, etc.

Title and Escrow: We have many experienced title and escrow officers to assist in land acquisition and development land closings. Construction loan services, residential new construction full local escrow services, with local innovative underwriting decisions.
